Terms of service

Draft for legal review. Plain-language summary of how the service works; counsel must turn this into binding terms before launch.

The service

AdSight analyses ads that advertisers publish in the Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center for India, and delivers reports and monitoring. Reports describe ads captured, never spend, reach, targeting or performance, which those libraries don't publish for Indian commercial ads.

Quotes and payment

Launch bundles have a fixed report fee and defined coverage limits; Snapshot is priced per advertiser. Quotes are valid for 24 hours. You're never charged more than the quote you accepted.

Refunds

Watch monitoring

Launch bundles offer a separate fixed monthly Watch fee, for 12 monthly report refreshes. The initial report fee and approved extra video minutes are not repeated. Your authorised price and limits stay attached to your subscription. Monthly Watch can be cancelled from Monitoring at any time. Legacy reports retain 60% of your original order per month, excluding rush.

Compliance screen

The compliance add-on is a research signal produced by an AI reviewer against draft criteria. It is not legal advice and not a finding that any law or code was breached.

Your use of reports

Reports are for your internal decisions. Ad images in reports belong to their advertisers and are shown for analysis and commentary; don't republish them. Share links expire after 14 days.

Explore

We publish our own sample reports, and yours only if you opt in and we review it. Advertisers can request a review of any published report; we respond within two working days.

Acceptable use

No automated scraping of the site, no resale of reports as a data feed, no attempts to identify individuals in ads.
