Who we are
AdSight operates adsight.in ("AdSight"), a research service that analyses public advertising.
What we collect about you
- Account: your work email, and your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
- Billing: organisation name, GSTIN (if you add one), billing state and address you enter; payment references from Razorpay. We never see or store card or UPI details.
- Orders: the advertisers you ask us to analyse and the reports we produce.
- Technical: a session cookie to keep you signed in (essential; no advertising or tracking cookies) and server logs kept for security.
Why, and on what basis
To provide the reports and Watch you ask for, issue tax invoices, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We process your data because you give it to us to use the service (consent under the Act) and where the law requires it (tax records).
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or show your identity in Explore. Explore only features a report if you opt in at delivery and we review it; your name and order details are removed.
Who processes it for us
Railway (hosting, database, storage), Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to (analysis of public ads; no personal data about you is sent), SearchApi and ScrapeCreators (public ad library data).
How long we keep it
Account and order data while your account is open. Tax invoices, credit notes and payment records for as long as tax law requires, even after you delete your account. Backups roll over within 14 days.
Your rights
You can download your data and delete your account from Settings, and ask us to correct anything. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
Grievances
Grievance officer details to be added before launch (GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_NAME / GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_EMAIL). We reply within the time the Act requires. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Public advertising data
Reports describe ads that advertisers publish in public transparency libraries. Ads can show people; we never identify people from their faces and only name someone when the ad itself names them.
